Culture Night 2018 | Friday 21st September | One Minute Films Screening and 48-Hour Winner!


Venue: An Taibhdhearc Theatre, Middle Street, Galway City

Time: 7pm, 8pm & 9pm – each screening is approx. 40 Minutes

FREE EVENT, non ticketed, doors will be open from 6.30pm.

Galway City of Film in partnership with Galway Film Centre is delighted to present a special screening of the One Minute Film Festival and the winning 48 Hour Film for Culture Night 2018!

30 x 1 minute films of all genres will be screened including documentary, live action, art-house and animation. These super short films pack a punch proving that a really great story can be told in just one minute!

We will also have a special screening of Connection Interrupted by Team Timo. This was the winning film from the recent Little Cinema & Galway City of Film 48 Hour Challenge, where teams of filmmakers took to the streets and fields of Galway City and County to – write, shoot, and edit – their films in just 48 hours!
