Galway Film Centre’s Alice McDowell was delighted to attend the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Consultation on School-Related Bullying on the Basis of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity/Expression in May 2015. She is researching a documentary project that Galway Film Centre are producing with the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA).
