Aim of Course:
This two day course suits new and novice users of Adobe Illustrator. It aims to ensure attendees understanding the foundations of vector graphics and methods of creation and manipulation within Illustrator. Students will learn some the tools and features of Adobe’s vector graphic drawing application aimed at constructing, manipulating and colouring vector shapes. A highlight will be a thorough lesson on the use of the ubiquitous Pen tool.
Attendees will learn how to set up documents, manage objects via layers, incorporate typography, create colour palettes (swatches) and packaging Illustrator files for distribution or interaction with other Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop or Indesign.
All demonstration media will be available for re-use and practise after the training.

About the tutor:
